About the facilitator / teacher
Schirin has been practicing and teaching yoga since 1998. She was a co-founder of Oslo’s first ashtanga yoga studio.
In 2005 her Yoga book for beginners was published. The following year she held her first Yoga retreat in Costa Brava.
She has a meditation practice of several years and has completed a number of ten day silent Vipassana retreats. Over the years she has been a student of renowned international ashtanga yoga teachers such as John Scott and Dena Kingsberg. Wherever she finds herself in the world, and in life, she always maintains her regular ashtanga yoga practice to support herself in staying grounded, relaxed, and in the flow of life.

Price and travel: 12,250 NOK / €1275 in single room (all inclusive*) Except travel costs and massages.

A shared room is €20 less per night.
If you fly from Oslo it is advisable to book your flight early because of the autumn holiday.
Nearby airport: Barcelona, or Girona.

The area: It is a 15 minute walk to St. Feliu where you will find small boutique shops, cafes and a beach.
What to bring: Bring your own yoga mat, a shawl, bikini / swim suit, comfortable clothes and something nice for dinner.
Meals: 3 meals a day in the restaurant with charming waiters and a sea view. Compose your own plate from the buffet with a variety of fruit, salads, fish or meat. Or take your food to your room for a quiet meal.
Weather: This is a beautiful place with average temperatures around 20 - 25 degrees celsius.

We start soft and slow, then introduce some more dynamic movements with standing postures, balance, deeper stretches. In the end there is time for rest which restores your energy. We focus on breath and connection with yourself and you do as much as you are comfortable with. Suitable for all levels.

During a week away from daily routines we have time to look at and feel into: What now? What would I like to let go of and what would I like to bring into my life for the coming period?
We use movements to get in touch with our sensations, feelings and expression.
We write, contemplate, and share, so it becomes more clear and visible.
19.30 - 21.00
This is the structure for each day, except Wednesday 2nd October when the whole day is free for you to enjoy the great place you are in and follow your own impulses and desires.
